This trick is just a prank to play with your friends. Using this trick, you can change your computer's processor name and show your friends that you are using a latest and costly processor. So, let's start.

• Open registry editor. (Go to start menu > RUN > regedit)
• Now navigate to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE > HARDWARE >DESCRIPTION > System > Central Processor > 0
• Now you will see a string in the right side named ProcessorNameString. Double click on it.
• Now change the value data to the text you want to show your friends.

• Now press OK and the name of the processor is changed now.
