OFFICE SUITES:

This contains apps for word processing, spreadsheet app, presentation app, database management app and drawing tool. It supports all formats of MS-Office and it supports multiple languages. It doesn't requires any license also.
Libre Office: This softeare is also a free open source software and doesn't requires any license. This also contains word processing, spreadsheet, presentation, database and drawing tools. It also supports all word processing formats and it has a large number of pre defined templates also which can be downloaded free from it's site.
KingSoftStore: It is also a powerful software which has an inbuilt pdf converter. It contains word processor, spreadsheet app and presentation creator app also. The biggest plus point of this software is that it has so many useful features but it's size is small.
