Hi friends. Some of my friends told me that they are facing problems while installing MS Office 2007 and 2010 in their pc. The screenshot of this error is given below.
They told me to find the reason and solution for the problem. And now i have the solution to fix that problem. If you are also facing this problem then this post is very useful for you. Read below.
Actually this error comes when your windows is not installed properly or you might have installed your windows using a pen drive. If the dll file named fp4autl.dll is missing, then this error appears. So to fix this error, you need to replace the fp4autl.dll file to its target folder (C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\40\bin) and after this, you can install your ms office easily.
So, download the fp4autl.dll from the link given below and paste it to C:\Program Files\Common Files\Microsoft Shared\web server extensions\40\bin folder.
Now restart your computer and install MS Office, it will be installed smoothly.
Note: Please note that your pc must be updated with latest windows installer package and latest dot net version.
