Follow these steps:

1. Right click on taskbar and click and click "Address" in toolbars menu. After clicking, you can see "Address" bar beside the system tray.
2. Now unlock the taskbar if you have locked it, by clicking "Lock the Taskbar" option, by right clicking on the taskbar.
3. Now, after unlocking the taskbar, resize the Address Bar beside the quick launch bar. You will get a space to type web addresses in the taskbar. Now type any address and press enter, or hit Go. After this, you may lock your taskbar again. That's it.
