Intocartoon Professional is an image editing tool that allows you to convert photos into cartoon-like drawings or other graphic representations, such as sketches, illustrations, icons or avatars to use in forums and IM applications.
Simply adjust the drawing style and add some color by means of an extra layer, which you can also customize to achieve any effect you like. The customization process is done with special sliders. Fortunately, you also have a preview option that allows you to check how the picture is going so far.
